These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.easternbrick.com and our services. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • When you place a pre-order, we automatically create an account for you using your email.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You may also log in with your Google account.

3. Orders & Pre-Orders

  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay the listed price.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe after the pre-order closes.
  • Shipping estimates are provided but not guaranteed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
  • Prices are listed in USD or your local currency if we accept it, and include/exclude applicable taxes as specified.

5. Affiliate & Referral Program

  • Affiliate/referral tracking is handled via cookies and unique links.
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of affiliate/referral programs may result in account termination.

6. Newsletters & Communications

  • If you provide your email during checkout, we may send you updates about your orders and offers.
  • You may separately sign up for our newsletter.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on easternbrick.com (logos, designs, images, text) is owned by EasternBrick or licensed to us.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LEGO Group.
  • Any references to LEGO are for descriptive purposes only.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services.
  • Misuse affiliate/referral links.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasternBrick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

4. Featured Artist & Designs
This set includes build instructions for 5 original robot/mechanical creature designs ("Thunderjaw," "Tallneck," "Sawtooth," "Tremortusk," and "Grazer", collectively “Designs”) created exclusively by My Own Creation ("MOC") artist, Nicola Stocchi. The aforementioned Designs represent Nicola Stocchi’s unique artistic interpretations and are licensed to EasternBrick for use and distribution.

5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party IP Disclaimer
The Designs are original fan-created artworks and are not affiliated with Guerrilla Games, Sony Interactive Entertainment or any Horizon Zero Dawn/Horizon Forbidden West-related entities. Any character names or references of the Designs are used solely to describe Nicola Stocchi’s specific designs and do not imply ownership of or connection to any third-party intellectual property.

6. User Responsibility
By purchasing and using this set, you acknowledge and agree that:
a. You assume full responsibility for creations derived from this set.
b. Any models built using our products are done so at your own discretion and risk.
c. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your usage does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability
EasternBrick disclaims all liability for any loss or damages, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products. This includes but is not limited to:
a. IP infringement claims related to user-built models.
