Each Neo Bikes Creator Set allows you to build any 1 of the 5 prototype configurations at a time. If you wish to display multiple configurations simultaneously, you'll need to order additional sets.

We're currently offering 5 different builds in 5 different colours - that's 25 different sets. Whilst we can make that happen product-wise, it becomes a lot more complicated in terms of supply chain. The product we're offering is a balance of giving as much flexibility to you, the customer, as possible, whilst being able to actually produce the sets at a reasonable cost to both us and subsequently to you.

We will most certainly be building more designs in the future. Also, the intention behind building Creator Sets is to give hobbyists and builders as many parts as possible to allow them to get creative with their own custom designs. We'd love to see what you build and will make it really easy for anything who creates their own design to share those instructions with everyone else.

The set will come with custom stickers designed by us, and will not include any stickers that may infringe on the rights of others.

No, our sets are manufactured with the highest quality LEGO compatible bricks. We've done thorough testing to ensure that they meet our quality standards. Our customers have also reported that the quality of the bricks are comparable to the official LEGO bricks.

Currently, we're targeting a delivery date for Q1 2027. We will be updating our estimates as we gather more information from our manufacturing partners as well as from early pre-order customers.

We will replace it for you. As builders, we know there's nothing more annoying than missing a part mid-build, but sometimes it does happen. We'll do what we can to make it right.

How do we know we're not all living in a simulation? We don't - we're just making educated guesses with the information we have available to us. Maybe ask ChatGPT if we're a scam?

If you know about our previous startup, you'll know that we're all about shoving lights into everything. So yes, it's on the roadmap and it's going to be awesome. As for when... nothing in the near future, but we're itching to do it.
