Yes, our sets are fully compatible with Lego bricks. You can mix and match them with your existing collection, if you so wish. Just don't tell your Lego purist friends - it'll give them the ick.

The Complete Edition comes with all the parts and instructions to make all 5 SerialBuilder sets all at once. To make the set more accessible, we also offer the Core Edition which also comes with all 5 instructions, but we've removed the extra common parts across the builds to help bring down the cost of the set further. So that means that you can build any one of the builds, but not all of them together.

Once the pre-order closes, we expect to ship within 6-8 weeks. We'll keep you updated on the timeline.

If you decide you no longer want the set during the pre-order phase, you can cancel anytime before we charge your card. After the campaign closes and production begins, cancellations will no longer be possible. But at least you'll be stuck with an amazing set with exceptional value!

Since we're just starting out, we wanted to focus on our core mission of enabling builders to create their own builds with a Creator Set that provides a wide variety of parts making it easier to get started. Offering individual sets complicates this and adds significant overhead for us at this crucial stage. But we hear you, and it's something we'll be thinking about for the future.

It's natural to be cautious when pre-ordering from a new company. We do have a track record though and have run successful crowdfunding campaigns before with Lumos (Lumos Ultra and Lumos Firefly) and have made it a habit of delivering on all of our crowdfunding campaigns, even through the nonsense of the pandemic. All we can say is that your trust in us is super important to the growth of our startup, so we won't do anything to jeopardise that.

We've heard this one a lot from the feedback we've been receiving and whilst we love that you're keen to get your hands on the set, we personally don't believe BNPL is a good thing for customers. If you're struggling to afford the set, then maybe it's not the right time to be buying it. We absolutely would love to be able to provide more ways for you to get your hands on the sets, since our whole mission is about making them more accessible, so don't worry if you can't afford it right now. Let us know what you're waiting for and we'll try to find other creative ways to make it happen.

Whilst we'd like to make the sets available to as many people as possible, we don't want to limit you from getting more than one set if you want to. To place multiple orders, just go through the checkout process again and you'll see the extra order in your dashboard. The advantage of ordering multiple sets is that you'll be able to build the existing builds, but then will still have a spare set to build all of our future sets that will be compatible with this particular Creator Set. We're already working on our first original set that we'll be offering for free to all customers, so stay tuned.
